Detailed inventories are provided to insure the location and condition of all exhibits and graphics. When prudent, we can orchestrate the storage of exhibit properties in alternate locations between shows to reduce transportation costs.

 

We coordinate all transportation for both domestic and international events. All proper documentation and requiremnts are completed on our clients behalf.  Expo Service Group negotiates best pricing for our clients and tracks all shipments through out their journey. We notify our clients when shipments have arrived at their destination and provide contacts at each location.   

 

Expo Service Group can also assist with clients exhibit fulfillment programs.  We provide warehousing, distribution management and inventory management of your marketing and event materials.  We can coordinate the setup and dismantle of your marketing material or pop-up displays any where in the world.  We provide reliable service that provides your team confidence.
